I provide 1to1 Counselling and Psychotherapy, creative workshops, short courses and more.
Sometimes, life’s journey can leave us feeling lost or overwhelmed and needing a little help finding our way through. I’m here to provide the support you need to navigate through challenges and uncertainty. I can help you process your thoughts and feelings, and gain more clarity and peace around what’s been happening.
But it’s not all about the talk therapy, I also offer engaging and experiential well-being workshops for businesses and social groups.
What is the flow state
Flow state is at the centre of everything I do. Connecting to the flow state’ helps us step out of ‘stuck’ and find our way back to our true selves.
We all carry a ‘mental load’. We experience it as an inner critic, a never ending to do list, the defeatist, always on nagging voice in our head. In the flow state the inner critic gets silenced. Our sense of ego disappears and we get out of our own way. We experience a sense of freedom, creativity and motivation. From this space we are able to access our inner wisdom, no longer doubting all our ideas or trying to control your feelings.
You may have experienced a flow state whilst singing, dancing, running, walking or being in nature. I help clients harness the power of flow state through talk therapy, creativity and meditation. When connected to our flow state the way forwards become clearer and we improve our life experience and become ‘unstuck’.
Sessions and rates
Counselling & Psychotherapy
Online or in-person therapy sessions are designed for individuals to process and explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences. Typically, meetings are weekly for as long as required. Minimum of six sessions.

Creative Workshops
Two hour In-Person workshops offer psycho-education about the nervous system and demonstrate well-being practices that tap into inner wisdom through the flow state. We currently offer three different workshops:
Creative Journalling. We make a bound journal and get messy with colour and mark making. Processing our thoughts and feelings and exploring ‘self’. Everyone leaves with a small dedicated journal for reflections and memories.
Affirmation Crystal Bracelets. Learn about self love and self-reflection. Through guided meditation we find your ‘power word’ and make bespoke Rose Quartz bracelets that anchor you to your own energy.
Meditation and Breath Work Taster. Learn about the three pillars of positive selfcare: Breath Work, Meditation and Journalling. A guided journey into your inner world. Leave lighter and more connected to yourself.
These session are for groups of min 4 and max 10 people. Come to us in Kingston or we’ll come to you!

21 Day Morning Routine Course
Online course, 21 days of daily 30min guided sessions. Discover the power of breath work, meditation and journalling. Designed to help you establish a positive morning routine.

Silver Jewellery Course
Half day of pure creativity. Learn a new skill and create a piece of fine silver jewellery loaded with personal meaning and memories. This is a beginners course, our skilled tutor will guide you through the process and techniques. The focus is on connecting to your creativity and fun.
Held in local artists studio in Kingston. 1to1 or groups of up to 6.
